At ISRN, one of our core missions is to strengthen grassroots organizations through continuous capacity building. With 800+ member organizations, we’ve identified the need for deeper engagement, especially during the challenging times when many operate ‘below the iceberg.’
To address this, we’ve launched the NGO Clinic – an interactive session under our Capacity Building initiative, that bring together Subject Matter Experts and NGOs for insightful discussions and Q&A sessions, helping organizations learn, connect, and grow.
Objectives
- To understand the primary needs of the grassroots organizations and provide suitable need-based solutions
- To generate ideas and supporting them with proper way of execution through utmost guidance from technical perspective
- To create a bridge between the known and unknown facts of sustainability of the grassroots organizations
- To build the capacity and create a knowledge enhancement platform for the grassroots organizations
- Influence the inactive organizations to participate proactively
- To brainstorm new ideas of innovation through a holistic development approach
