Santosh Gupta, a progressive thinker and change-maker, epitomizes visionary leadership as the CEO of the Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN). With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Gupta has honed his expertise in disaster management, CSR, sustainable development, organizational development, result-based management, and quality assurance of program delivery. An active participant in various social initiatives, Mr. Gupta is dedicated to contributing to the nation's progress in every possible way.

Under the visionary leadership of Santosh Gupta, the Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN) successfully reached its 10th-year milestone, marking a decade of impactful contributions to the domain of social responsibility. As the founder trustee of ISRN, Mr. Gupta's guidance has been instrumental in steering the organization towards achieving this significant milestone.

Throughout these decades, ISRN has collaborated with over 800 voluntary organizations/ NGOs and engaged more than 100 team members, demonstrating a robust network committed to promoting sustainable development initiatives. ISRN has established successful partnerships with a wide range of partners and associates like USAID, Vedanta, Ministry of Agriculture, Culture, Luminous, IFFCO Tokio etc. strengthening the organization's impact and ability to promote productive social transformation.

Additionally, He is currently a member of the National Training program of BJP. He was also a former member of BJP National Antyodaya and NGO Cell and Good Governance Department of BJP. Mr. Gupta has also served as a member of the Expert Appraisal Committee (Non-Coal Mining) at the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Government of India for two terms and the State-level Vigilance & Monitoring Committee for the State of Uttar Pradesh, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. He has worked with the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. He has worked with UNDP, UNICEF, World Bank, CARE India,

U.P. Land Development Corporation.

During Mr. Gupta’s recent visit to the United Nations Headquarters in New York, he solidified his position as a prominent global advocate in Indian prospective for gender equality and women's empowerment. Demonstrating steadfast dedication, he advanced the Indian viewpoint on these crucial issues during the UN 68th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW68). Collaborating with respected partners, ISRN actively participated in high-level conversations and events at CSW68.
